The Lasats were a warrior-like race who lived peacefully
on the planet Lasan before the formation of the Galactic Empire. The Lasats were sustainable to becoming Force-sensitive. They remained neutral in the Clone Wars but were massacred after the Empire was founded.
One notable member was Garazeb Orrelios, a member crucial in the formation of the Rebel Alliance.

Lasats were a humanoid sentient species, notable for their height, strength, agility and their muscular digitigrade legs, which allowed them to run faster and jump to higher places than the average human. Several humans found the Lasat's scent almost unbearable.
